Really happy with my experience at this salon. Ivana did my colour and it turned out beautiful, exactly what I was hoping for. Terence cut my hair and did a great job, the cut feels fresh, polished, and easy to style. The team was friendly and professional, they both knew what they were doing suggesting different options to suit my hair and bringing my dream to life. The whole appointment was relaxing and enjoyable offering tea, coffee, soft drinks and other services making me feel welcomed and comfortable. Highly recommend coming here and I’ll definitely be back.

My mum and I have been coming to Terence London for years, and we are always very happy with our results - colours, cuts, styling, its always great! Ivana is the absolute best for highlights, but the entire team is so lovely and very skilled. Highly recommend this fantastic salon!

The team Terence London are absolutely fantastic. I’m always warmly welcomed with a smile by the team every time I visit. Terence and Ivana take the time to listen to what I’m after and share their expert advice to help guide my hair choices. Terence is incredible at shaping my hair so it falls in place perfectly. Ivana does the most brilliant highlights Ive ever had. I couldn’t speak more highly of them or the salon, consistently a wonderful experience.

I have had my hair done at Terence London for the last year and a half every time the quality of the haircut is phenomenal done by Terence along with the excellent customer service. Would recommend if you are looking to get amazing highlights done to perfection. The girl who did my colour Ivana is brilliant, calm and methodic. They also offer a complementary coffee which is just as good as the cafes. Elina

I went to TERENCE LONDON HAIR for the first time before Christmas to do my blonde. Let’s just say they by far the best at colouring I have ever seen in Melboure. They actually listened to what I wanted, Terence took the image in my mind of how I wanted my blonde to look and he created exactly to the T. Blown away to say the least. I can’t stop admiring my hair. Love so much how they cares about how their work turns out and that they wanted me to genuinely love the result. They care and it shows. They didn’t just do my foils and disappear, they were rite there to the very end making sure everything turned out how I wanted. Cant thank them enough. Terence is an absolutely master with his scissors, Everything just fall into place perfectly. Love my face framing bangs. Not only extremely artistic and talented, you can see they love what they do. Apart from that, they are super friendly and easy to have a chat and a laugh with. From start to finish 10/10 experience. Will see you all soon. Thanks so much 🙏
